How to Order

Custom Items-  Once youve chosen the personal image or design that you want to use, select the button product and size you want it made into.  Email your image or description of your idea to ydqdesigns@gmail.com and state the button item or items that you want made in addition to your location so that shipping or local pickup can be discussed. At this time a proof will be designed for approval and a price quote created. Once you receive that- if you desire any  changes, please reply with the description or if you are satisfied with the proof(s), you will confirm and state how you wish to receive delivery. At this time an invoice will be sent that will include local meetup delivery option or shipping charges as well as payment options. When payment is confirmed- the order will be  created. Pending instock materials, order construction generally takes about 3 days, and shipping/delivery will depend upon location/method. 
 
Stock Designs- When you see items on the site that you like, if it can be placed in the shopping cart, you may do that. If it appears in an image as a sample, and you like it, you can email  ydqdesigns@gmail.com and describe the image and that item can be created and purchase as well. In order to keep cost and storage at a minimum, many items are created to order, so payment is taken upon confirmation of inventory and invoice will be sent with payment options via email. Local delivery and shipping options will also be included.   Pending instock materials, order construction generally takes about 3 days, and shipping/delivery will depend on location/method.
